Delivery Fees are set up in system to charge based on address.
Here is a list of delivery estimated delivery Fees in alphabetical order, so there is no suprise at checkout.

Some prices may either go off of town or zip code so delivery listed below is not guaranteed to be most accurate, but to serve as a guideline.
We charge roughly $2 a mile within a 10 mile delivery radius of Cedar Lake, IN.
